Job Description:
As an employee with our company, you will work with paving, concrete, and other projects. You will work under the guidance of skilled tradespeople and supervisors to assist in all aspects of construction, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Follow a supervisor's directions regarding daily tasks, requirements, and expectations.
Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools.
Perform hand digging, shoveling, raking, and other heavy manual labor.
Assist with maintenance of traffic control such as signs, barricades, cones, and drums.
Operates power equipment, including pavement breakers, tampers, and vibrators.
Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.
Must be able to work as a team on all projects.
Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to tolerate all weather elements.
Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed.
Stand for extended periods of time.
Reliable transportation
Willing to travel/work out of town.
Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
Maintain good focus on performing tasks safely.
